Freshwater Estates is a boutique property development company based in East Anglia. As a business built on wealth of industry experience, we take a hands-on, personal approach to every development. We design and build homes that are thoughtfully planned and carefully constructed, delivering approximately 20-30 homes per year. By building on a smaller scale, we are able to maintain direct involvement at every stage, focus on exceptional build quality, and offer a level of care and attention that larger developers simply cannot match.
